10 Problems Otakus Deal With

OK so during my short life I've lived so far I've learned some things that anime lovers, otakus, deal with whether it's because of a non anime lover, a new lover of the art, or just because of their everyday life so here's my list on problems otakus deal with. (P.S. if you put the mouse on the pictures some say something <XB)
1: Hiding it
OK so hiding it is a BIG problem if you are like trying to hide it from you parents who hate the idea of anime, a new girlfriend/boyfriend you don't want to weird out, or if you just aren't comfortable with showing that side of yourself to the world. It can be hard watching it secretly or keeping all the anime and manga you own in a closet or anywhere!
2: Getting others into your guilty pleasures
I don't usually do this stuff because the closest one I have is Septiplier and regular ships but others have the weirdest time explaining the animes they watch that some would say is strange and perverted. They deal with telling people in details and showing them something that they enjoy watching. But hey at least they get to see the person's reaction which is always a good time CXB

3: Dealing with wannabes
When you have that person who's like, "Hey got an anime or manga for me?" and you give one, and they say stuff like Oh! I know that one is this situation because when you ask about their favorite characters or something and they go blank face. That's when you know they are lying. How do you know you've seen an anime, but not remember anything else about it!? I mean if you can remember like what a character looks like or what it's about then it's fine but the people who lied just to seem cool rub me wrong on that.

4: Not remembering the name
Kinda ironic with anime lovers because this is when you love an anime, or manga, and want to share it but forget the name, this is also when you want to finish watching it, continue watching it, or watch it again but can't type it in because you don't remember. I hate when this happens because I love rewatching animes until I can't type it in to watch.
5: Ships
I find this a problem because I'll ship two people and there either isn't a lot of pictures and fan made stuff or others will see and yell "Eww gross!" If you don't like it OK you don't have to but don't try and vomit on my rainbow please! This is my love you're trying to ruin.

6: More seasons
I have this issue because I'll watch an anime and it'll be great, but they either don't finish it or they say hey next season soon and it'll be years later. I'm looking at you! You know who you are. Ahem AtTaCk On TiIiTaN ahem.

7: Terrible voice actors or changes
So when I watch an anime, or read a manga, I'll try to get an idea of each character's personality and what they do through out the whole thing. I mean when you watch, or read, these things you try to find a character to relate to or to understand so it's interesting. This gets me boiling because the character will have a voice that has nothing to do with with how he/she/it is throughout the story or plot. It's also bad when you read something, or watch something and when you transition to the anime, or manga and they change how they character is. Like in the story Maximum Ride the character Max is like the mom and is kind to them. The character Fang is also quiet and rarely speaks. However! When they made a little movie about them they made Max a tyrant and Fang talking all the time! That's madness!

8: Subbed or dubbed
OK this kills me because I usually go for subbed because I feel like the subbed voice actors show mire of the character and emotion then the dub does sometimes. Don't get me wrong if it's a good dubbing I'll be on that like know ones business and say goodbye to subbed, but that's just not how it is sometimes. The problem is when you get called a snob for it. It's also a problem when you want dubbed for a good anime and all they have is subbed. It's also bad when you like both but you can't choose! (It does happen)
9: Choosing between different animes/mangas at the store
This is a problem because I would go to the store and buy like an anime or manga and I have to go through the process of picking one. Lots of my favorites are there and I have to choose between one or the other! I can't buy them all because I'm not rich, and I want a good one so I go through the 2 hour picking show. Good times good times.

10: Anime or manga
This is one of the biggest problems on the list because of the fact it's either anime or manga. I mean that can get complicated because everyone has their preferences especially when you do a lot of both all the time (anime and manga is basically my life so I have a lot of both) This can be easy for others because they can be like well I like anime more than manga because I hate reading or I like manga because it's more detailed and stuff like that, but when your like me it's not that simple.

Well I hope you liked my rant on 10 problems otakus deal with. Might have been crazy but I had a good time until next time Ima go blow off steam PXB.
